MORE ABOUT THE OPERATOR
Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are individually owned and operated as franchises. Chick-fil-A Concord mall is no different. Mike has been the Operator here since 2017 after spending several years working in management at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. In addition, Mike spent roughly two years traveling the country working to support the grand opening of new Chick-fil-A restaurants. He and his wife Megan have three children under the age of seven who love to come snack on Chick-fil-A ice dream and waffle fries.
Mike's role is to lead the organization by developing talent, casting vision, and stewarding the Chick-fil-A brand.
